I’m proud to introduce my 2016 Senior Model Rep, Jessica Gallegos. This young lady is gorgeous, fun and so down to earth! We had a great time doing her mini session last month. It’s great when you have someone so natural in front of the camera. Although we only had 30 minutes, she requested to wear 2 outfits and we made it happen… she’s such a rock star 🙂

I normally have at least a couple more senior model reps, but unfortunately the girls I chose were unable to make it work. Thus, instead of the regular four photos, Jessica has more to chose from! When choosing my senior models, its important that they are involved in their schools and communities. Being involved and committed, shows maturity and leadership, which are great qualities to find in a soon to be senior.

One of Jessica’s passions is dance and has been doing it for years. She made her dance team this year – so awesome!

In her application, I asked her to share with me a quote that represents and inspires her. Her quote was, “Life isn’t about finding yourself , Life is about creating yourself” by George Bernard Shaw. I’ve never heard this quote before, but really love it! It reminds me of my favorite quote by Ghandi, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” Both quotes involve action… action that is derived by ourselves. We are who we make ourselves to be and people always seem to wish for change, but want no part of it. We can’t control actions of others, or lack there of, only our own.
